It's not that I have any particular hate for Kansas - it's pretty much that entire swath from Alabama and Louisiana west to El Paso and north to Nebraska. That whole bright red region is the stain on the underwear of America.
I agree, though when you live somewhere like Oklahoma City, there are places within that region that don't seem so bad. Dallas, Kansas City, Austin, and Houston to name a few. I am currently stuck living in Oklahoma City and let me say, it's pretty much a prison sentence for anybody isn't a God-fearing, Bible-thumping, churchgoing Republican.
Police are unaccountable precisely because right-wingers support them without question as long as they're murdering those evil blacks that 'conservatives' fear so much.
But when white people get shot we all pretend that it's shocking- and follow up by forgetting the whole thing within a week or so
So, most police shootings of blacks must logically be occurring in right-wing cities?
More realistically, they occur wherever the local population has no real control over whom runs the cities that they live in regardless of political party.

Something wrong with Kansas? After living in the hellhole metropolis I'm in for way too long, I'd love to go to Kansas. I just won't bring any tea leaves.
