Two idiots that didn’t mean it or understood what Christmas is all about.
I don't mean it or understand what Christmas is all about, so why do you want me to say Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays, which I do mean and understand?
I live in an area that still has manners and respect, so I've continued saying Happy Holidays with no problem. Friends have reported being "corrected" in other parts of the country. For them, a joke..
-Merry Christmas!
-Happy Holidays!
-No, I said Merry Christmas.
-Do you know what Chanukah is about?
-No, what?
-Some people tried to make us worship their ways, so we rose up and killed them. Happy Chanukah!
I will say Merry Christmas this weekend, and this weekend only. But if you think I'm going to wish you a Merry Christmas weeks before the actual holiday when there are other holidays, including my own, that are celebrated beforehand then a very Happy Chanukah to you too.
It sure is nice to have leadership in this country that is openly pro-Christian
What’s wrong with “Happy Holidays”?!! I still say “Happy Holidays” as a generic greeting, but reserve “ Merry Christmas” when I KNOW that they are Christian? Why should I say “Merry Christmas” if they are Jewish, JWs or nonbelievers?

I hear there is a lot of snow headed for the NE in time for Christmas and the new year. Maybe it’s just weather. Maybe it’s coincidence. Or maybe, just maybe, it’s MAGA!
