EU governments are very unhappy that Trump and GOP have cut taxes.

They say it's unfair to the European worker because jobs will now go to Americans.

Thankfully we got rid of Obama/Hillary.

Trump still winning!

The United States of America has been taken advantage of for decades. It's an open secret across the globe how easy it is to jerk us around. Under Donald Trump, that crap is coming to an end. I friggin love this President!

But Europe has all those peaceful Muslims to work for less. What’s the problem?

Western Europe needs a dose a reality anyway, IMO. They have been mooching off of the US military umbrella for decades... spending the money they could be investing into building up their defensive programs, on their own domestic programs instead... while at the same time rubbing it in our faces that they have better healthcare and education than we do. It's not fair to US tax payers that WE should have to pay the majority of the bill required to to defend Europe while they get to enjoy their lavish healthcare, education, and welfare programs.

And as for the EU... well... we knew they were corrupt when they threatened to cut off or reduce trade with the UK if they followed through with Brexit.

Euros are all about sticking it to the US in business.

"Vee are but a small country......"

American company, Euro company in the integrated 'family'. Walk into a US meeting and the Euro guy who headed one of the function groups told everyone that we should console and reassure anyone upset in our group about the recent announcement. Named a new head of research who happened to be American in an American company who had a legacy of American heads. the euros were about to jump off bridges when they thought they would lose some influence. No problem when the euro company took over and smacked down US employees and instituted their morass of odd titled jobs used to create busy work for all those PhDs they crank out, who end up doing work a BS would do here. The unions control the workforce in Europe.

Have a side conversation and the Euros are ripping the other euros from the south or the east or the north in their country. Warlike people, who have had a legacy of wars throughout the centuries. Say a word phonetically without the proper inflection and they pretend they have no clue as to what you are referencing. You want to see nepotism, you haven't seen anything until euros get some control.

US tax reform breaks global rules, EU says | Business | DW | 19.12.2017

Maybe read it from the source - Germany.

They hate that they don't get special advantages anymore.

Trump did what he said he would do by leveling the field whereas foreign corporations have been allowed to walk all over us.

Not quite, they have a legitimate complaint about us treating their goods differently then is agreed within the WTO. I wonder if us treating Puerto Rico differently as well may cause that argument to fail within the WTO.

And while everyone may be cheering this, I would also argue.....its a good start. But we have a ways to go. As another poster pointed out, we've provided the military to protect these folks for decades. We need to reduce our military, not increase it, and make it far more defensive. That money would be better invested in things like DARPA.
