One is either XX or XY. Those are the only two genders. One cannot change that, and that is science. Period. One might think he is of the opposite gender that he was at birth, but that is self delusion. It is a mental disorder.
XX and XY refer to sex not gender....and don't forget that there are also people born XXY. Chances are, you are related to one.
