Yet they would also want Oprah, Kanye, or Lil Wayne to run in 2020.

Tells you a little about their mental capacity.

Anybody can run for president if they do what is necessary to get the job.

Reagan was a celebrity.

So was Teddy Roosevelt, in his day.

Martin Van Buren was elected solely based on his looks.

This sort of thing is not new.

I do prefer all my candidates with a bit more knowledge of law and government, though.

At least Reagan had been a governor of a large state first.

Really, Trump is a celebrity. Are you for getting rid of him?

Reagan was a celebrity. Career politicians even get to be celebrities in their own rights.

Hold up... anyone who voted for Trump has no business questioning the running of celebrities and people who know nothing about politics.

I'm not sure "mental capacity" on the opposing party can be called out to explain celebrity worship because I have little doubt that not all Trump's supporters are dummies... nor are they all brilliant.

No. I'm not part of the not my president crowd desperate to remove Trump from the presidency.
