Again??????? How many times must this be said? They needed 60 votes and there are only 51 Republicans. Dems didn't give the needed votes. That means Dems are responsible for the shut down.

Doesn't make them legal US residents. Let the temporary DACA policy/EO expire in March, as scheduled, and deport them all as Federal Immigration Law requires.
nope. As of now they are legal and will remain so as long as their deferment lasts. And as of now the deferments are being renewed so that no one will be eligible for deporting any time soon. And even if it should happen no one is going to get deported as Trump has made clear. They may be forced to the grey market for employment but that is about it.
