Yes, this is putting out to the public that someone in the FBI is attempting to destroy evidence, very damaging.
Now Strozk, and Paige don't know if their text messages were destroyed, or not.
These two now have to testify before congress, and they don't know if congress has their text messages, or not, it puts them in a very difficult position.

They destroyed evidence implicating themselves, let Hillary off from crimes she obviously committed, faked up the Trump Dossier to illegally spy on Trump and his team, lied to Sessions to get him excused from the Russian probe, repeatedly lied to Congress under oath, formed a team of traitors to try to prevent the President elect from taking office.....they need a minimum of 30 years in Leavenworth.

I didn't see any charges accusing him of destroying evidence, lost emails are not necessarily destroyed. The rest of your post is just conspiracy.
Yes there needs to be a crime, what are they charging them with other than having a political opinion.
