CNN is the source so I'd ignore it. I'm sure that amount includes many other upgrades.
But CNN thinks that is more important than Trump being in Davos meeting CEOs from the biggest companies in the world who want to do business in the US now that our business climate is finally business-friendly. They treated Trump like a rock star. One of those CEOs even called CNN fake news -- did he spot Jim "Ted Baxter" Acosta in the crowd?

Again, am amazed just how little thinking out of the box goes on in this forum. Instead of simply disputing a story based upon source has it ever occured to some of you to do own research?
Say this because 99.9% of the time someone post such statements the story in question can be verified via other sources.
As for your statement, no; the contract is excuslively releated to replacing refrigerators, and nothing else.
"The Boeing Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been awarded a $23,657,671 contract for engineering support services for VC-25A G12/G13 chillers, including prototype design, manufacture/procurement, installation, and the testing of one prototype, consisting of both Group A and Group B equipment. The Air Force requires that the current air chillers in the G12 and G13 galleys be modified with new cold food stowage to improve reliability and maintainability. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; San Antonio, Texas; and various other locations, with an expected completion date of Oct. 30, 2019. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2017 procurement funds in the amount of $23,657,671 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8106-17-D-0002/FA8106-18-F-1002)."
Didn't Obama place a 4 billion dollar order for two new jets that Trump later canceled? That sounds like a net savings of 3.976 billion. Still #winning.
