If there is nothing to this whole FISA abuse memo, why is Mueller making this move?
Mueller knows the FISA warrant that was used to spy on Flynn could very well have been obtained by providing material false information, and the warrant could be invalid.
I would bet Mueller could get access to the FISA application, so he may know the court was lied to.
I was telling you guys Flynn could have his charges dropped.
I'm not saying that will definitely happen, I'm saying it could happen.
No one is interested because its not that interesting. If you have someone who has rolled on someone, you have their sentencing occur AFTER they testify. Not before. This isnt rocket science.
Both parties asked for the delay. I do like the "rumors" you add in your second post to make it more interesting. But still. not that interesting.
Or maybe Flynn is not done spilling the beans and has more to offer in exchange for a lenient sentence. There are many documents to review and Flynn may be of even more assistance than he has been.

I agree that it's not that interesting if you believe the Russian collusion story, and that there was no FISA abuse.
However, there is no reason to delay the sentencing. Flynn is still bound to his agreement, even after his sentencing, so why the delay?
I always take these unconfirmed reports with a grain of salt, but Mueller postponing sentencing while all h*ll is breaking lose, really makes me wonder if Bob is worried his cases are falling apart.

Maybe, but there is no evidence of that.
There is good reason to believe that there could be new evidence that could put Mueller's cases in jeopardy.

LOL. Really?
So...hey criminal A has been great help, please give him a month instead of a decade in prison.
sentence is passed
Criminal A suddenly can't remember anything, and enjoys the 1 month behind bars.
Thats why the delay. How is this so hard to comprehend?
I wouldn't worry. Flynn and Papadopulos are probably just trying to rack up some points for extra credit, and asked for more time in order to be more helpful. They are two people with a lot of stories to tell. It would be a shame and a pity to cut them off before they finish.
