Worst state because some felons have to jump through hoops to vote?

While I agree with the judge, seems a bit of an odd issue to declare Florida one of the worse states over.

Someone should have pointed out, that each of the signers of the Declaration of Independence and all that were called to arms, were felons, to the King.
