This presents a problem after a year in office because now he's trying to brag about how wonderful "he" has made everything. So now, he has to go after other countries to try to make himself look better by comparison--transparent fool that he is.
If you asked Trump to describe the NHS, he would look at you blankly because he has no clue what the merits and disadvantages of the NHS are or how it works. He often spouts off about things of which he has no knowledge, but heard on Fox & Friends.
What is more interesting is what he never bashes--Putin's healthcare system. Very odd, since it is pretty bad and much worse than the NHS.
"...it’s not just tourists and expats who are shocked by the dire condition of Russian state health care. On paper, Russian citizens are entitled to free universal health care. In practice, however, they are required to take out compulsory private medical insurance, while it’s also common for patients at state hospitals to bribe doctors for adequate treatment..."
...Russia state hospitals and clinics are in a tragic condition, especially in the provinces,” says Gennady Gudkov, an opposition politician and retired KGB colonel. “There is outdated and often nonfunctioning equipment, a lack of medicines and hospital beds, and a shortage of medical specialists. The families of patients are often forced to bring them food..."
They don't want a healthcare system unless it bankrupts the country.
Yes they did. It's hard when congress can't even work together to pass a budget.
Look at how congress is fussing about Tricare going broke just a couple of years ago. Even now they are still talking about and raising fees for retirees. Even now those who were in Tricare standard have automatically been moved to the new plan of Tricare Select. They are STRUGGLING to find Dr's who accept it.
If you have Prime, same situation they still have a hard time finding someone to accept that plan also.

I suspect most Brits would not switch to a US form of healthcare for "all the tea in China".
While nearly 60 countries have embraced Universal Healthcare, ( healthcare as a human right) most do not operate with a Single Payer model, as the UK does.
1. insurance is only a few decades old to begin with..... what we had before the current garbage insurance was...hospitalization
- Correct, but in those decades, the rise in cost has been incredible. What we do know, is that the rate of increase has slow down.
2. ACA still left 30 million NOT COVERED
- Yep, but it's a free country. If there are people that don't sign up, that's not Obama's fault. However...more people are covered.
3. ACA made it that many insurances had to change...and in most case not for the better
- That's supposition. Many employers change insurances on a near yearly basis, as they negotiate new contracts (again, I'm in healthcare, I know what goes down). As for whether or not they are better or worse, again, supposition. We've been seeing this trend since well before Obama. My insurance since 1994 has been increasing rates exponentially, and the plans have not been getting better, and sometimes, worse....all before Obama.
4. pre-existing only effected those trying to get insurance for them selves...it didn't effect in most cases those with employer (group) insurance
- It's still beneficial for those that need it.
5. the plans from the ACA may have cost less, but have very high deductibles, and crappy benefits...you get what you paid for
- Do a little research on this. High deductible plans started to creep into being the norm before Obama. It was the natural course of things. Without Obamacare, we'd still have high deductible plans. It started before him, and was gaining traction before him. It's the wave of the future, that has nothing to do with Obama.
6. personal I hate ALL insurance (private and/or government)
- ok
Trump takes note when "thousands" march in Britain over problems in the NHS, but ignores hundreds of thousands marching in the US over the failures of his administration.
Being we haven't seen the allegedly far better than the ACA plan he told us time after time would be implemented immediately after he took office, I think Trump's full of crap.
I totally concur with your assessment.
I think they missed that diagnosis during his last physical: Dx: Full of Crap.
Or imposes the sanctions against Russia voted by a large bipartisan margin in Congress.
Hmmmm, seems to be a pattern here.
Hmmm.... either you are posting fake news or CNN is publishing fake news. But, you both have the same fake news habit so I guess it's a toss up.
------------
Washington (CNN)The Trump administration announced new sanctions Friday related to Russia's occupation of Crimea and ongoing violence in eastern Ukraine, just days ahead of a congressionally mandated deadline for the implementation a separate, broad array of Russia-related sanctions.
In a press release, the Treasury Department said it was designating 21 individuals and nine entities under existing authorities, including Russian government officials and Russian companies connected to projects in the disputed Crimean Peninsula.
The agency also sanctioned senior leaders of two Ukrainian separatist groups, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, as well as people and entities alleged to have provided them with material support.
Friday's sanctions, however, fall under four existing executive orders, and are just the latest in a series of actions taken by the administration to put pressure on the Russian government.

So telling Brits the truth causes them to reject the messenger?
No.
The “messenger” sticking his nose in other people’s business causes the rejection. Do you like it when other people stick their nose in your business?
I don’t. Apparently, the Brits don’t appreciate it either.
Trump shouldn’t throw stones at other people’s houses when our roof is made of glass.
