Can anyone explain what is so 'Christ-like' in encouraging Nixon to bomb the dikes in Vietnam, an action that likely would have killed at least a million people?

He lied all his life. To let him lie one last time in Washington is professional courtesy by the White House, no doubt.

Rosa Parks challenged authority used for the purposes of repression; too many Fundamentalists see that same repression as a tool used to develop their own power structure within a clique of closed minds; that is the essential difference between the two.

You do realize that our Constitution rather predates that of the old Soviet's, right?

Tell the truth now: your posts are satire, aren't they? Come on, you can admit it.

He was a top advisor to NIXON.

FTR, I'll take either one over any of the presidents we've had in recent decades.
You're comparing apples to oranges...Rosa Parks was a Civil Rights/Political activist, not a religious leader such as Billy Graham.

As an opponent of government solutions to our problems, Graham should not be in the central hall of the government. The National Cathedral would seem more appropriate.

I doubt very seriously, if you and others would be singing this tune if, it were Louis Farrakhan, or an Ayatollah, or an Iman, or a Hindu leader, or the religious leader of any lesser known or accepted religion, laying in honor at the US Capitol.

Country was founded by Christians.
Country is majority Christian.
Others are welcome here, but they will follow the majority rule.
Don't like it?
Move.

Yep. And I don't feel they're promoting a religion here. They're letting a dead man's body be viewed in the Rotunda.
