The 9th district does not have any jurisdiction over say NC.

What kind of law are you speaking of? That if your parents manage to sneak you across our border illegally you'll will be home free? What kind of law is that since it's in direct conflict with our existing immigration laws?

There has been talk in Congress of addressing the DACA issue specifically.

If the parents are citizens why would anybody "deport" them? And why would you want to? A legal U.S. resident...same. But if they are illegal (which is REALLY what we are talking about)... absolutely. They go.

When you've got mold in your home, you can fight it and clean it and scrub till your blue in the face, but you're never going to get rid of it until you find the source. It'll just keep coming back and back. The mom and dad who came here illegally and are still illegal need to go. Folks from other countries need to know, and realize that we have laws here in this country. And yes... that applies to them as well. Apply for citizenship, go through the process, and welcome...but making the U.S citizens, whether naturalized or not deserve better. The ones who have gone through the process legally, especially deserve better.

How is it possible for their parents to be citizens? They came here illegally with their DACA kids.

The ruling will help the over 700,000 dreamers in the country, however you want to parse that out. Nobody is going anywhere for the time being, and applications will continue to processed.
