Have a look at the pictures and post up which one you think is the assault rifle.

I'm going to leave this un-answered for 24 hours, please choose one or the other, or neither.

Neither. One is a modified 10/22 Ruger and the other a Mini 14 Ruger. Neither are "Asaault rifles."

Who cares?
They are both legal, and the OP has no power to change that.

Both of them are. One looks like a .22 but is clearly gas operated with a large mag capacity. The other rifle with a wooden stock looks like Mini-14 without its mag. I assume you opted for a photo without the mag to make it look less "assault rifle" looking. Regardless its still an assault rifle by definition. High rate of fire, 30 round mag, intermediate round .223 (5.56mm). It was the main weapon used to mass murder 50 plus young Norwegian students back in 2011. I don't see much difference between a Mini-14 and an AR-15 in its capacity to commit horrendous bloodshed.
