Kennedy won't retire as long as Trump is around. None of them will.

Let's be realistic.

Kennedy is 81, Ginsburg 84, Breyer 79. Two liberals and one true independent moderate.

The liberals will hold on as long as they can in an effort to outlive the President. Ginsburg has proven this is a fact and that she is completely partisan.

Ginsburg will not make it to the end of Trump's time in office. I'll lay 3-1 odds on it in real cash.

I'd lay even odds that Trump will place 3 (young) judges before the dust settles. The SCOTUS will be even greater.

Scalia was 80... sometimes retirement isn't an option of choice.

Knock Knock Knock'in

YEP! A week ago you all claimed Texas was turning purple... now... dead silence.

Look how well the economy is doing under Clinton... oh wait!

You people crack me up. I'll give you credit for never saying die, energizer bunnies every one of you.

It should also rally middle America that supports the Constitution and it's original intent, not what activist liberal judges want it to mean. They want judges to interpret the laws passed by the legislature, not create laws from the bench.

Kennedy seems like a reasoned jurist, but the hard core leftists like Ginsberg had no business on the SC to begin with.
Any judge that trashes the very document they are suppose to uphold, and tells other emerging countries not to pattern themselves after a constitutional republic should be removed.
Or that they use UN resolutions and other countries laws to make decisions on cases before them, are undermining the very notion of what a SCOTUS judge is suppose to be doing.
Ginsberg is on the bench because of Hillary, so thank God she did not become president.

Sotomayor is the worst one, a raging liberal activist - Obama got points for a Latina woman. She is an overweight type 1 diabetic who got taken out in an ambulance a little while back. But if she has the stuff that Ginsburg has she's not going anywhere.

Very good chance of it. Trump's mark on the SCOTUS will last for at least another full generation.
