So is now the right time to take the lead of the D's and follow RGB around 24/7 yelling in her face and screaming for her to retire so Trump can have a 3rd nominee? I mean thats how the left wants our political system to work, right? Who has her address and itinerary for the next few weeks?
Fat chance of that happening. There goes gay marriage, women's rights, abortion, privacy from government intrusion, free speech. The list goes on and on. The court left little doubt today that they have no problem throwing stare decisis in the trash can for political philosophy. The thing is that the decisions they make will have little affect on old people like myself but will profoundly influence the young people who will have to live with them. The court, maybe for generations, will be completely out of touch with majority sentiment - the last pillar of the old white order to fall.
SCOTUS job isn't to define or promote "majority sentiment." Their sole responsibility, and the Oath of Office to which they've sworn, requires them to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic."
Uphold the Constitution. That's it. Legislating from the Bench based on "majority sentiment" is a violation of their Oath.

Trump no matter how deranged and perverted he is. No problem as Trump is their useful tool. Pence is salivating as he knows he may be President soon, he already said he wants abortion illegal. Wonder how many of these children he’s going to help support by forcing a woman to have a child she can’t afford or wants.
I'm ardently pro-choice, but affordability doesn't seem to be on the minds of a number of women. IIRC, 40%+ of U.S. births are paid for via Medicaid.
You will now hear Liberals talk about how the US Supreme Court needs to be disbanded and reassembled in a more "fair' manner.
