Norwegian Socialists have a Law Called
Law of Janteloven:

1- You're not to think you are anything special

2- You're not to think you are as good as we are

3- You're not to think you are smarter than we are

4- You're not to convince yourself that you are better than we are

5- You're not to think you know more than we do

6- You're not to think you are more important than we are

7- You're not to think you are good at anything

8- You're not to laugh at us

9- You're not to think anyone cares about you

10-You're not to think you can teach us anything

Barry Hussein Obama being a Democrat has faithfully adhered to Janteloven. What happened?
oops -- took you a few years to find this nugget but you didn't do enough research.

Lundestad didn't regret the prize going to Obama-- he regretted that the committee's intended outcome for awarding the prize wasn't realized. For the record Lundestad was a non-voting member.

There were plenty of people that year that actually did things that legitimately deserved that recognition.
There are several things that are now meaningless in today's society, and have been for years. One is the Nobel Prize, and the other is both the Summer, and Winter Olympics. A pile of dreck, and Social Justice Virtue Signaling. Both, at one time were prestigious. Today they are nothing.

I never did understand why Barry deserved the Nobel Peace Prize. What did he do to deserve it? Nothing!

And that is a good question for consideration/debate/discussion!!!!!

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-n...0RH21H20150917

The above article more clearly states that Lundestad expressed how the award didn't produce the intended outcome....that does suggest they were hoping it would either give peace negotiations more momentum generally or Obama more integrity to negotiate further peace elsewhere.

They don't ever really state what the committee's expectations were.

But most definitely it was an odd decision and worthy of debate.

And most definitely suggests the peace prize is a highly subjective award subject to the 'motives' of the committee.

We can all agree on that.

I don't think it helped Obama or peace or whatever...or the committee. It wasn't the best decision every made.

And in my opinion it is a worthwhile comment/opinion to question the award -- I just don't think you have to make up stuff to make it. Outrageous comments based on misinformation take away any credibility of an argument.

Worse, Obama wants his library built downtown Chicago, I know that will be regretted not too long from now. that's worse than him winning a Nobel peace prize that he did not deserve.

Obama has been buoyed up by a socialist media who wishes to protect their novelty election winner.

As time passes, the impact of Obama's protective media machine will fade away and history will view Obama simply as a the 'first'.

His legacy has been one of corruption, incompetence and treasonous behavior. Aside from suffocating the economy. Legacy not looking good for one of the most incompetent, dangerous and divisive presidents in US history.

That is a succinct, and accurate summary. Fortunately, he was so lazy, and inept that he kept himself busy doing Democrat fund raisers, campaigning, and playing golf.
