This is basically like a police departments Office of Internal Affairs. Trump had nothing to do with it.

Alan Dershowitz is commenting and stresses the difference between unethical behavior and criminal behavior. Sounds like a bit of both to my ears.

The interesting part of the story is that McCabe allowed the Wall Street Journal Access regarding the Clinton Foundation since there was criticism that they were not pursuing the investigation. Still he mislead regarding their access (according to leaks) so he should be held responsible, but now after several months.
Yes because then more information will have to be revealed about McCabe. These internal affairs investigations don't like to make their employees look worse than they are. OPR guidelines.
