Being conservative in thought and voting conservative are two different things. I have some values that could be considered conservative. However, I only voted Republican one time. I've voted mostly Democrat and this past election I voted Libertarian.

Many persons who are minorities might consider themselves conservative, but don't see a place for themselves in the Republican party

Blue or red doesn't matter, as evidenced by your foreign policy views.

I have concerns about foreign policy. However, what matters to me is what goes on in my everyday life. I care about what will affect me personally in the end. It's the individualist streak in me.

A large (and growing) number of minorities are libertarians and anarchists. The media just doesn't like to talk about them.

9/11 should have told everyone that our acting as the world’s policeman can get people killed.

You're the one accusing me of being a Russian.

It's depressing, really--I lived in Charlotte for a few years and really liked it. I LOVED Asheville and especially Boone.

What I see in the voting statistics tells me otherwise. While there are minorities that are libertarians and anarchists, a majority are voting for Democrats. You didn't get my point. There is a difference between how you think and how you vote. Or are you just ignoring that?

Im not sure why this bit of nonsense gets stated over and over. On the day of the election, the best polling aggregators gave her a 2 in 3 chance. thats not even remotely a shoe in.
