Let me guess. It's never the job creators fault for attracting the illegals. It's always the government's fault, be it the national, state or local government. The private sector has nothing to do with it.

So, you don't care to inform yourself that federal judges have ruled that illegal aliens can sue employers for discrimination if they're required to show proof of U.S. citizenship or LPR status?

The solution is to lock up the employers of illegal aliens.
Can't do it. The Fed Gov can't tell employers they can't hire illegal aliens and then at the same time federal courts tell them they can be sued for discrimination if they require an applicant to present proof of legal status in the U.S. Any decent judge would immediately dismiss the charges for hiring illegals.
This is a problem of the Fed Gov's own making.
It's also why the State of California is able to hire an illegal alien, most recently Lizbeth Mateo, for a state government position.

I'm still wondering how the states of California and NY can knowingly admit illegal aliens to their State Bars. Violating federal law by living in the U.S. illegally is a violation of several of their Ethics (etc.) rules.
