Lisa Monaco, CNN's senior national security analyst previously worked in the Obama White House as Unite States Homeland Security Advisor to Barack Obama. She was the chief counter terrorism advisor to Barack Obama, and statutory member of the United States Homeland Security Council.

Monaco previously served as Assistant attorney General for National Security from 2011-2013, and as the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Justice Department.

She was a research coordinator for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary under then Chairman Joe Biden (1992-1994).

From 1998-2001, she had been the Counsel to then Attorney General Janet Reno.

Enron

From 2001-2007, Monaco was assistant U.S. Attorney in the Unites States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, and was appointed as a member of the Justice Departments Enron Task Force, co-leading the trial team in the prosecution.

From 2002-2005, Andrew Weissmann was Deputy Director, and then Director of the Enron Task Force, so Monaco worked for Weissmann, who is now on Mueller's team investigating "Russian collusion."

At the end of the Enron trial, Monaco worked as special counselor to FBI Director Robert Mueller. She was chosen by Mueller to by his Deputy Chief of Staff, and then his Chief of Staff.

Do you think CNN's reporting on anything having to do with President Trump and alleged ties to "Russia," and the Mueller investigation, might be a bit biased?

No because we have all that information. It wasn't 'hidden' and she isn't fighting with anybody and differing views on what she has done and where she has been.

You are missing the big picture. It isn't that Sean Hannity may have used Cohen as a lawyer...it is the attempt to keep it secret and the fact that it was most definitely NOT public knowledge.

That's the key.

CNN proudly struts the past experience of this contributor . You know where she is coming from.

Do you get it?
