Is the legal backlash against Trump starting? Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is planning to sue the Trump administration for defamation and wrongful termination. He is also considering filing other civil claims.
Piling on...just one of hundreds (thousands?) of people who are after this SOB. No wonder the dotard has a bus-full of attorneys. You wonder how he ever has time to address the nation's business. Maybe that is one reason why his administration is in chaos.

Well that was the game plan wasn't it? It's all there in Comey's pal's article.
Trump has plenty of money to spare, so it makes no difference.
Might wish to read the recent Forbes article on this very subject. The dotard is a sneaky little charlatan so it is hard to tell, but it looks like there "might" be a few millions, but hardly the sums which he claims he reports on his (mysterious) taxes. Eventually these law suits will start to hurt, unless he tries to get the taxpayers to pay for them, which is just the kind of trick he is likely to attempt.

I thought he couldn't even get lawyers to work for him. Giuliani hired on because he's a friend of Trump's.
Most everyone else can't stand him.

Except that McCabe is suing the administration rather than Trump personally. So, it would never hit Trump's bank account. He's just suing the government.

Actually, for most governments, financial settlements arising out of official actions are compensated out of governmental funds or insurance bonds.
There are exceptions, the main ones being if the official acted in a fraudulent manner, for malfeasance or misfeasance in office or was grossly negligent.
Wrongful termination for an appointed individual is a very large hill to climb to prove.
Its impossible to hurt Trump, he always finishes on top, that's the beauty of being a Trump supporter, always win.
And he deserves all the winning, he's created peace in Korea, something that wasn't even possible.
