wrongful termination? LMAO! The moron leak to the press and lied to investigators. Getting fired is the least of his problems.

the Department of Justice Inspector General reffered McCabe for prosecution. Is McCabe going to sue the Inspector general also? lol

McCabe not only leaked sensitive information to the media in violation of relevant DOJ policies, but he lied about those leaks to his boss, James Comey, and to internal investigators. Not only did he deserve to be fired, but prosecutors should carefully consider whether to bring charges.

Public figures cannot due for defamation.
