I liked how President Trump claimed, yesterday, that the Coast Guard was solely responsible for rescuing Houstonians after Hurricane Harvey, claiming that ""People went out in their boats to watch the hurricane. That didn't work out too well."

https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/07/polit...vey/index.html

The article cites several responses to Mr. Trump's claim. My favorite:

"I didn't see anyone taking the approach that would reflect his comments," Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez told the Chronicle. "I'll be sure to invite the President to ride out the next hurricane in a jon boat in Galveston Bay the next time one approaches."

This is a strange one, even for this administration, straight up Alex Jones level nonsense, but another possible Russian connection:

DONALD TRUMP CALLED ASBESTOS POISONING A MOB-LED CONSPIRACY, NOW HIS EPA WON’T EVALUATE ASBESTOS ALREADY IN HOMES

Combined with:

Russian scientist hopes that US President-elect Trump will “restore order in asbestos”

Quote:
Trump dismisses the scientific evidence of harm caused by asbestos, claiming that asbestos is “100 percent safe, once applied” and that “the movement against asbestos was led by the mob.”

Russia is by far the biggest producer and exporter of asbestos in the world and the Russian government is waging an aggressive campaign to continue shipping asbestos to countries in the global South, particularly Asia.

Russia is also leading efforts to block the listing of chrysotile asbestos as a hazardous substance at United Nations Rotterdam Convention meetings. Chrysotile asbestos represents 100% of the global asbestos trade. Trump’s support for asbestos will be greatly welcomed by the Russian government and the Russian asbestos industry.
Then:
https://www.bbc.com/news/av/business...rong-in-russia

And:
https://www.asbestos.com/news/2013/0...s-economy/amp/

Too coincidental that Russia happens to be the biggest producer of asbestos.

Another great day for Trump. Meeting with the PM of Japan and preparing for the meeting with NK.
These are things incompetent Obama could never have pulled off.

The IG report will be out in a few days showing how corrupt the Obama administration was in covering up the Clinton emails.

The really big lie that will be revealed will be the corrupt Tarmac meeting between Bill and Lynch to keep Hillary out of jail.
