Why are people so jealous of Trump who was democratically elected to be the President, and is a successful businessman and a billionaire even prior to becoming a top world leader?!

Do I agree with Trump on everything? Absolutely not. But let’s not hate and be against him on every single thing. Want a change / don’t like him? Try to run for public office yourself! Convince the voters to vote for you.

Liberals are just shocked their anointed one Hillary was not elected. They can’t fathom why someone would go against their collective thinking. And when the unthinkable happened, this is their childish reactions.

Well let me list the reasons why:

Was appointed President by the electoral college despite losing the popular vote
Blames Democrats for his own ignorance and lack of being able to lead
Bullies everyone who doesn't bow down to him
Calls murderous dictators his BFF and calls them great leaders who their people love
Wants a military parade to honor himself like previous said dictators have
Has cheated on every one of his wives' including doing it right after Melania gave birth to his son
Claims to be a Christian - see previous
Constantly lies even though the lies are easily disproven
etc etc etc

No one is jealous of him and a successful businessman he is not, more lucky than anything.

'Appointed' is inaccurate term here. He was duly elected. There is no such critter as 'popular vote' in the US Constitution. If we want to accuse Trump of falsehoods, should we not be truthful and accurate in our criticisms?

It is part and parcel of our ever increasing polarization. A side effect is that hyper-partisans (many good examples on CD) get so caught up in partisan ping-pong that neither side notices that they are getting completely played by the DC denizens.

He’s a halfass businessman and he’s not a billionaire.

I simply think a President should have better manners than a typical 12 year old boy.

He has never actually been a successful businessman in reality although some of his ventures have been successful.

While the above has a decent summary, you have to remember that his father actually gave him much of his money.

A massive New York Times investigation published Tuesday on President Donald Trump's wealth found he was earning $200,000 annually in today's dollars from his father's empire by the time he was 3 years old.
In every era of Mr. Trump’s life, his finances were deeply entwined with, and dependent on, his father’s wealth.
Fred Trump wove a safety net that rescued his son from one bad bet after another.

Donald Trump Got a Tax Break For Stiffing Contractors | Fortune

Quote:
Trump’s multiple bankruptcies stiffed a long-list of small businesses, from carpet suppliers to chandelier distributors to cabinet-makers for slot machines. What hasn’t been reported before is that those unpaid bills were also used to swell Trump’s future tax deductions. In other words, Trump not only stiffed many contractors, he also created a tax benefit off the backs of the tradesmen who built his casinos and skyscrapers.
He made money, it's true, but he made it in unethical ways.
