Society will be based on mutual agreement. But there will be universal laws like in capitalism. While capitalism dictates resources as under ownership outside of the guise of usage natural Marxism will place things under control of people for the duration of their usage.
And the system is voluntary, if you want to work for yourself the MoP are public so you can. That being said if you want to work with other people you have to negotiate an equal deal that everyone agrees to.
It's a simple enough decision. If you want to live in the Communist society, you'll be poor. Technology will be stagnant. Those who reject your Marxist Utopia will continue to see progress, innovation and the creation of wealth such that the poorest among them will live better than anyone in the Marxist Utopia. Your Utopia will be gradually become a quaint primitive society like the Amish.
You didn't need Karl Marx to create such Communal societies. Such things existed for many centuries before Marx was born. So what was his great contribution? What good is he?

Not at all. Technological innovating does not have a set risk/benefit ratio so the private industry does not approach. All new technology comes from the government via military spending or state subsidies.
Secondly Marxism and communal-ism are separate things. Marxism offers a political and economic substandard to follow via economic critique of capitalism and its control over vast resources that could be used to provide for the starving and hungry IF implemented properly.
Furthermore Capitalism by itself will lead the earth off a cliff by excess production and the need for expanded profit.
Everybody can make their own decision on how they want to live. If the OP wants to belong to a socialist/marxist culture - fine. That's the good thing about America - you get to make your own decision and be responsible for yourself. You don't get to live or think that way in the type of society the OP is seeking to promote.

Capitalism is the system in place and it is institutionalized. You either give your labor to corporate owners or you starve.
But Humans are connected. Individuality is important, but society is always real.
Individuals exist. Society is only real to the individuals who socialize. The last human on earth will exist but not socialize from that point until his death.
For the millionth time.
You need to hit the science books, brother.
