He is destroying wealth, the doers and all the money supply in the country.
Growing entitlement monsters and lazy people won't do our country any good.

I don't know ANYONE in the world but one of you who would know that it's Karl Marx's birthday. However--just about EVERYONE knows that May 5th is Cinco de Mayo! Party time! Although I doubt that it's the case, it would be more likely that the president is trying to make a big splash with Mexican American voters.

You guys need to understand that you don't help your cause when you come up with stuff like this. It's so petty it's ridiculous.

Are you serious? Wow, I guess Mexico is full of marxists too. I mean, I thought all of those people were celebrating for some other reason. Great that we have you around to clear that up.

May 5th is also Kentucky Derby Day, and Cinco de Mayo, as well.
I'm gonna have a couple of juleps, I suggest you do the same, you seem to be wound JUST a little too tightly.
Oh, please dont wear a hat.

Could be. It worked for Marco Rubio

On May 5, 2009, Rubio announced on his website that he planned to run for the United States Senate in 2010 for the Republican seat being vacated by Sen. Mel Martinez, who had resigned and been replaced by George LeMieux

It's also the day the rebel barons first renounced their allegiance to King John of England, which set in motion the events which led to the Magna Carta. That means he respects the rule of law, right?

And, the date on which Memorial Day was first celebrated in the United States. That means he honors our war dead, right?

And, the date on which war crimes trials began in Japan after WWII. That means he believes in justice, right?

And, its the date America's first Astronaut, Alan Shepard, went into space. That means he values science and exploration, right?

I mean, let's face it. You can find something in the history of ANY date to make a spurious case which "indicates" something.

But, you failed in this attempt because you missed the single most important event in the history of May 5th, the one which probably DOES have significance for Obama: It's Cinco de Mayo.

And, guess what? That probably IS important because Obama can reasonably expect to win the Hispanic vote in November. Given the hateful and vengeful laws the GOP has passed directed at Hispanic's, you can bet your sweet azz THEY won't get it!
