Manafort case is not over. The judge may tell the SP to move it back to the US Attorney in VA to prosecute. He questioned why the SP was pursuing it, rather than the US Attorney Office which already had been investigating Manafort's business activities. It's more of a housekeeping matter.

You've done everything you possibly can to destroy any transparency in your effort to "let Trump be Trump".

Well, get a clue; he's a **** ing dictator.

What was the reason you hammered Obama for golfing? What was the logic, if Trump's golf is so pure and benefiting the nation why was Obama's so wrong?

Bunch of hypocrites.
Yes your Obama love and idolization has been duly noted for the last 8 years. Obama was one of the least transparent Presidents we've ever had after running on an open and transparent platform to be elected.

****ing Dictator? LOL - Obama couldn't get a law passed through Congress so he used his phone and pen to pass admittedly illegal EO's like DACA. Thank god every day your ****ing Dictators legacy is being erased one EO at a time.

We won't even talk about Obama releasing terrorist from Gitmo or the Illegal Iran (treaty) deal without Congressional approval.

Let's say the Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller decides to subpoena Donald Trump to testify in front of a Grand Jury. President Trump decides that the Russia Investigation is a hoax and he does not have time to testify in such a wasted and corrupt process. So he refuses. It goes to court and finally after a number of appeals the Supreme Court orders President Trump to appear in front of the Grand Jury.

What should President Trump do? He is the President, a co-equal to the Courts and Congress. He is a busy man running the country. The Secret Service will not let anyone arrest him and drag him to court. They can't arrest him. He is the President.

Shouldn't President Trump just stand firm and say he won't participate in this farce? What would happen?
IF, could, should would, might, etc, are ALL a waste of time.

He has to provide for the security of the nation, it's how our country was designed so he should ignore any subpoena's or directions from MuleEar or the Supreme Court. He might decide to answer a few queries by Mueller's Nazi Democrat Socialist Storm Troopers if they suit him.

Trump only has to answer to Congress if the Congress impeaches him and the Senate confirms and throws him out of office.

Yes, Trump is a teetotaler. I've known many golfers who are teetotalers who still do their deals at the 19th hole. It's where you sit down and have lunch after a round and hash out the details of the round or whatever is on your mind. It is not where everyone get's drunk. Ever hear of an Arnold Palmer? Half Iced tea and Half lemonade. I never drink on the golf course.

I've been a manager for 34 years in the hospitality industry. Golf is part of it. It's how you hammer home a catering deal for 150 people with rooms and meals for an event. Still, 95% of our deals are done in an office. It's not how you decide the trade tariffs with the far east and peace in the Middle east.

You lost Nov 2016 and Trump is your President until 2021 and likely 2025. You'll have a chance to "hold him accountable" again in Nov 2020 but I doubt that will be successful either. Until then, sit back, relax and enjoy the greatness.

I thought he testified.

Exactly. The Judge asked why was the Cohen case removed to the US Attorney but the Manafort case not? I'm not sure how moving the Manafort case to a USDA would automatically dismiss it?

Even though he is a big orange gas bag, he is not above the law. And if he gets away with all of his dishonesty, corruption, cronyism, nepotism and lies now, it will come back to haunt him in the future. He will be dealing with lawsuits and a reputation as a sleazy liar forever.

Commander Hypocritical Christian will not make it into heaven no matter how many National Days of Prayer he decrees.
Karma gets them in the end.
