I just can't help but suspect that Trump did something to Giuliani. Slept with one of his ex wives, or his daughter, or something. Cause the guy is just destroying him in his legal cases.
I do wish these articles would stop repeating the lie that Stormy Daniels and Trump have a NDA. They do not. Its a settlement agreement, and the difference is pretty important from a legal standpoint.

He is acting more like his former role as a surrogate spinning the story for public consumption than a serious attorney making a plausible case.
I thought he was losing it at the time of the convention, but this is even more concerning. He got all mixed up. I think he is just repeating what he actually learned in private conversations with Trump under the attorney-client privilege and forgot what the agreed upon line of argument was supposed to be.
Trump values loyalty more than competency, and this is the kind of thing that can happen. Trump should fire him straightaway before he makes any more huge blunders.
As was said on one of the cable news shows - Trump would have been better served paying 130K in hush money to Rudy Giuliani.
