Former democrat congressman Mel Reynolds claimed he is "done with America and I'm going home- to Africa. I've given up on America" after he was sentenced to six months in prison for not paying taxes. Reynolds also asked the judge, "how long does a person have to pay for mistakes?' referring to his 1995 conviction for statutory rape, and his 1997 conviction for campaign and bank fraud. After hearing his sentence, he said "I've been taught about this racist society every day of my life."

Seems to me it would have been a little easier just to pay his taxes...

What saddens me is that he is sincere in his belief that he is totally a victim of racial prejudice, and is in no way responsible for his actions. And, he's no dummy.

The IRS has them...and apparently they don't have any issues with them.
BTW, they are none your business.

On the other hand, Stormy's lawyer has some serious IRS issues.
