• Because people need to take responsibility for their own lives, choices, etc.
• Because Western Culture isn't evil at all. It's actually done more good for humankind than anything that happened before it. And yet, PC culture can't shut up about how evil Western Culture is.
• Because in general, people don't like being told they're bad people based on their genitalia, skin color, etc.

The left does all this to take control.. it is not happening with those who reject it. We know what is going on.. Mind control and the lefties have already fallen for it.

I sort of agree. The term Political Correctness , usually applied to liberals, implies that there is only one opinion that matters, which is not american values at all. This will **** off the left and the right but we have a 2 party system and the right to dissent, disagree and protest. PC became an oppressive tool itself. The conservatives who want to eradicate anything that rubs them the wrong way, are practicing their own brand of political correctness, but seem more likely to get by with it, imo.
They need to be called out, as well.

I agree. The whole NFL kneeling issue is a classic example of right wing political correctness.
