That makes sense though. You vote for the promise of ideas, not whether they’re a man, woman, black, white or Latino. They can be any of those things as long as they match your ideas.
Perhaps, but I think that tribalism and identity politics have taken over both political parties. Political debates have been reduced to mudslinging contests rather than serious discussions about policy. So, are people really voting for "ideas"?
How do they pander to “whites” and who are “other groups”?
By adopting policies that restrict immigration by non-white people, make announcements such as Trump did that a Mexican American judge would be biased against him, claim Muslims are terrorists and Mexican immigrants are criminals. I'm not sure why you would even ask...
Not really. The Cubans perhaps but most Latinos in our country are mostly of Mexican and other Latin American descent and they overwhelming vote Democrat.

Serious question....
Yes, yes she is.
Just look at her latest statement where she is still keeping herself in the media as the Trump opposer while reaching out to Latinos to try to start on her 2020 run.
DNC also consolidated power and is packed with Hillary supporters.
I have no problem with electing conservative Latinos. I will not vote for someone like Julian Castro.
Or Luis Gutierrez or Xavier Becerra, etc. All Democrats with the same tribal mentality. Most Hispanics in congress are Democrats.
