Expressing the sense of Congress that the Attorney General
of the United States should appoint a Special Counsel
to investigate misconduct at the Department of Justice
and Federal Bureau of Investigation, including an inves-
tigation of abuse of the FISA warrant process, how
and why the Hillary Clinton probe ended, and how and
why the Donald Trump-Russia probe began....
It's nice that they're jumping on board now that they can see where this is headed, but Sessions, Horowitz & Huber started investigating these things a year ago, so what's the point? Horowitz has a staff of 500, plus multiple cooperating witnesses from inside the FBI/DOJ & a year head start on them. Huber has the benefit of Horowitz' ground work, the power to prosecute & the power to impanel his grand jury in Utah, bright red Trump country, rather than in DC. So why do we need these guys to investigate again?

to uncover bribery and other corruption related to the
Uranium One matter was threatened with reprisal by the
Justice Department under Attorney General Lynch when
he tried to come forward in 2016;
