I just can't help but suspect that Trump did something to Giuliani. Slept with one of his ex wives, or his daughter, or something. Cause the guy is just destroying him in his legal cases.

I do wish these articles would stop repeating the lie that Stormy Daniels and Trump have a NDA. They do not. Its a settlement agreement, and the difference is pretty important from a legal standpoint.

As Stormy's lawyer said they have nothing(agreement wise) trump did not sign a thing all he has done is confirm he did what she said he did.

If this was a NDA Trump would not have had to sign it. The only obligations would be from Stormy, and Trumps signature would not be required. His representatives alone would be sufficient. Thats why he keeps calling it a NDA, despite it not being one.

Because it was a settlement agreement it obligated Trump to sign it in order for it to be valid. Thats why as you point out they have no agreement.

Aldo it involved the exchange of real property-specifically the evidence Stormy has of the affair. Which at a guess she did not turn over, and it had legal obligations that Trump agreed too, Which...required his signature.

Trumps legal team really is not good at this. And he hasn't hired anyone better lately. The repeated denials about Trump knowing about it have been unwise as it shows that Stormy had good reason to believe it was invalid.

Oddly...if he was going to do that he should have done so a couple days ago. I think he is having problems finding anyone to represent him.

Who in their right mind would represent this idiot dotard? Maybe a trump cult mouth breather but they usually don’t have a high school diploma, let alone a law degree....lol

Martin and Jane Raskin of Coral Gables, Florida have signed on. They specialize in criminal defense and reportedly have cut plea deals for clients caught up in conspiracy and fraud investigations.

There's another attorney who previously had worked on a contract basis as an assistant attorney general somewhere in the south. Georgia? Can't recall his name.

Sekulow is still giving it his best, such as it is.

Wonder what they are all making of Giuliani's interviews?
