Aside from Trump's well-used phrases, she is unlikely to use the phrase, "I see the media is working," and is more likely to phrase it, "I see media working."
When you listen to her speak, you can't help but notice that many of the connecting words are missing.
Be Best is missing "the."
Whether she sent the tweet Trump wrote is anybody's guess.
Melania seems like a nice person. There’s no way she would write something as petty as that tweet. That tweet has President Twitter’s prints all over it.
what does that have to do with your OP? Nothing! Unless you're trying to say that he'd beaten her to force her to use those phrases, or something stupid like that.

Perhaps this is the first time that she'd worked overtime while in the WH. Have you ever used the phrase "work overtime" when/if you worked overtime? Or did you decide not to use that phrase simply because Trump used it a few times?
Common phrases used by millions every day, but it's a travesty if she uses them.

If it's the kidney thing, it makes no sense. That's an outpatient procedure. The rest of us would be hustled out the door the second we could stagger to our feet.
I can understand a day or two, out of an abundance of caution. But 5 days in the hospital and several more weeks out of sight?
I don't want to believe that Trump assaulted her. Despite his history and the pressure he is under, I just don't want to believe it.
Perhaps she is negotiating a postnuptial agreement and won't appear in public until it is settled.
If everything is hunky dory, why not just have her appear for a moment for the cameras? Why this bogus tweet?
