Agree that she probably had plastic surgery of some kind. Maybe boob lift? I hope she doesn’t overdo the surgery on her face, a la Joan Rivers—ugh!
Also, she may have had what used to be called a “nervous breakdown.” Living with Trump, as First Lady, when she didn’t want that in the first place, can’t be easy.
