This came out awhile ago. Remember when the left parroted the lie about the 17 agencies agreeing and wrote a report when it was only three, the FBI, CIA, and NSA. They got their info from GCHQ, the British equivalent of our NSA.
Directing it? Probably not. It very well could have been, this just fell into the Obama administrations lap.

News of the FBI reopening the Clinton investigation "dominated the headlines of major media outlets in the days leading up to the election. Stocks fell sharply and Clinton's poll numbers dropped by 3 points over subsequent days." With what evidence. It's not like we have been presented with any evidence that is overwhelmingly rock solid. If there was something there you damn well know it would have been leaked by now. Muller is looking at an obstruction of justice charge that is pretty damn hard to prove too because the Russia Collusion angle is dead.
I suspect the obstruction charge will be the mid-terms "October surprise" that won't surprise anyone because it's been telegraphed so far in advance.

Brennen's CIA was directing their partner MI6 to do the dirty work, so the finger would not point back at Obama's CIA(Brennen) The way around our 4th amendment.
