No, I'm repeating what the US Constitution actually says, and how Kennedy agreed. Twice. Over several decades. Once on religious ritual animal sacrifice (the Santeria case), and the 2nd time on compelling labor for a same-sex wedding (CO baker case). Unrelated except for their rulings' observance of and compliance with immutable Constitutional Rights.
I remember you now from the old thread. The repetitive, post-snipping Supremacy Clause fanatic.
When the next complaint against a business for refusing to serve a ssm hits the news, we'll see how not important the Masterpiece ruling is to the decision.

Please keep us posted on that, because it is likely that these Commissions are going to be a lot more reluctant about taking these sorts of egregiously Anti-Christian actions in the aftermath of this decision. It may be that we do not hear about another such action for quite a while now.

I won't have to keep you posted. When the next complaint is filed we'll all hear about it and when decisions keep going against the businesses, you'll be complaining.

There you go again. Posting on the clock again. Cheating your employer. Such gibberish, too.

And THAT is going to be interesting.
And, yes, IF the supreme court rules that a baker doesn't have to bake a cake - then a surgeon doesn't have to do surgery, and a tailor doesn't have to hem your pants, and a chef doesn't have to prepare your food . .
