So many pages of theory, so let's discuss what this looks like practically. And will all due respect to my anarcho-capitalist friends, details are short on what some theories would actually be like in everyday use.
Scenario #1 - Mother walks into a supermarket with her two children, and is met at the door by a guard who declares that they do not accept her kind inside. She is asked to leave. Her kids ask why and she tells them they don't want to let us shop inside. They ask what's wrong with their kind. Answer for her...
Scenario #2 - Girls Night Out. Five women wait on line to enter a movie theatre. Bouncer patrols the line, stops in front of the group to declare two of the women are unfit for entrance and they will not be sold a ticket. Movie starts in 20 mins. What do you do? Call it a night or take a seat on the curb and call every other theatre in town to find out who they'll accept and don't?
Scenario #3 - A couple attends a concert feeling secure that the artist will welcome them in the stadium. They gain entrance. All seems clear. Man proceeds to the concessions to buy drinks. Concessions is run by a separate corporation. There rules stipulate man is unfit to buy beverages. The man can't bring drinks in so he can't leave to buy it elsewhere. He presents his date with tap water. She asks what happened. What do you tell her?
Scenario #4 - Pregnant woman goes into labor early, an hour away from her vetted medical facility. Her husband rushes her to the nearest hospital and is denied entry. He now must call every other medical facility in the area, while his wife is in labor in the car to see if their kind will be accepted. What do you do, keep calling or attend to your wife to try to deliver in the car?
Scenario #5 - It's after midnight and you chip a tooth on something you were eating. You're in excruciating pain. You vetted your regular dentist but it's Friday night and he can't see you until Monday. There are two emergency dentist offices open, one you know for sure will turn you away. The other is an hour away. You call and get a message that they are seeing patients but can't answer the phone. Do you make the drive not knowing if you'll be denied or deal with the pain until Monday?
Scenario 6: Two black men are escorted out of a Starbucks by police. Resulting uproar results in Starbucks retraining employees and changing policies.
Public outrage will limit the scenarios you describe as they do currently.
I do make exceptions for emergency medical treatment.
I don't subscribe to magical fairy tales though, sorry.
And you can't make me (actually you can and do at gunpoint).
America is a nation of laws. We are a nation of rule of law. That "I'm a sovereign citizen" stuff will not work. You will be put in prison and for good reason.

I first have to point out that hypothetical scenarios are also just theory...so while your scenarios are possible, they're based on the idea that without the government forcing compliance, everyone would become xenophobes, discriminating left and right. Even if we did accept that those scenarios will occur on any significant scale, for the sake of argument, the alternative - establishing that there are exceptions to the rules of "don't attack or steal" - is worse, because it undermines the entire foundation of a civil society.
The problem is that the latter doesn't manifest immediately, so people don't make the connection. Very key point.
And to be clear, I'm not downplaying any sort of discrimination that would actually occur. I'm sure it would happen from time to time, and I truly hate that and would want to find a way to punish those people within the framework of "don't initiate force or violate property rights".
But like I said, the alternatives...compare it to the 2nd amendment, where the downside of people being armed is that they can use it for evil...but the alternative is that the only people who have guns are the government and actual criminals, who are even more likely to use them for evil, especially when everyone else is unarmed. Also go back to the hate speech topic, where yes, some people will spread hateful ideas, but the alternative is that everyone's ideas can now be censored and controlled by whoever is in power.
Think of literally any type of freedom you can imagine, and you can point out all kinds of bad things that could potentially happen. If you're conservative, you have the left doing that when you discuss guns, free speech (sometimes), government healthcare and education, etc... and if you're on the left, you have conservatives doing that when you discuss war, religion, drug legalization, etc...
You know this all sounds great...unless you're a minority.
The bottom line is, you can't have it this way because there are too many demented, racist people in the world and it's unfair and selfish to think minorities should have their lives altered just because of some whack philosophy that would only work in a perfect world. Joe Schmoe doesn't have his life impacted in any way by being unable to discriminate against minorities, but the minorities can have their lives greatly impacted by discrimination.
You were born too late. The '60s had communes where you could be an individual with no rules and you could have lived off the land in hippiedippiedom any way you'd like. The only problem is, the strongest usually rose to the top to make rules to protect those who were weaker and put upon.
See? Your idea of nirvana doesn't work even when everyone agrees individual rights are the most important thing and everyone is stoned.
Whatever you're describing in those last couple paragraphs isn't anything I believe in. I'm not against rules, living off the land in a commune sounds pretty terrible, and I'm all for large-scale cooperation and protecting each other from bad people.
And as I said in my last post, you assume that the only thing keeping everyone from discriminating is a government law, and if you got rid of it there would be rampant demented racists making the lives of minorities hell.
If that's really your concern, you should be far more worried about the culture. If racists are hiding everywhere, why is racism so completely and overwhelmingly denounced here, to the point where you're literally Hitler for the tiniest hint of it? Law follows culture, not the other way around.

Its concealed. Just go to stormfront. Checked that place out long ago and just made me think how many of these people could be my neighbors, coworkers.
Its still big. But underground. Theese fools are dreaming of the chance to rise again.
So does your repeal of the anti discrimination laws also apply to cooperate entities such as Target and wal Mart? They can practice mass discrimination?

How do you explain me then? You calling me a freak of nature?

As a minority growing up in the ghetto the two groups most likely to harm/kill me were...
1. Other minorities.
2. The government.
I give the government credit. Now they are number one.
Glad to see my tax dollars have propped them up so well.
