Kaepernick’s legal team to subpoena Trump and Pence in case against NFL. That would be some interesting court reporting.

Would Kaepernick pull his kneeling stunt when the judge enters the court room ? That would be some headlines as he goes off to jail for contempt of court. What better place for Kaepernick to show his commitment to kneel when he should stand.

Total joke.

Kapherdick is a joke.

Trump will slap him around even more.

Kaperdick wont win any lawsuit.

He will make a fool of himself like he already has.

Has Kaperdick donated any of his millions to help minorities, created any jobs for them?

Guess not.

Wow, you really don’t know anything about him. You just listened to trump and agreed. Please look up what he is doing and the contributions he’s making. You would be really impressed by his actions. He didn’t stop with his kneeling. He’s actually trying to make a difference. Trump is the embarrassment here

kaepernick may be doing good things in the community, and i applaud him for that. but he brought this on himself before trump became president, not after, and he was having trouble getting anyone to take any interest in him as a player, again before trump was president, not after.

i doubt any judge is going to allow hi to subpoena the president since trump has no part in this case.

This guy just won't quit. No owner or manager in their right mind even talks to this idiot. Now he wants to lock horns with Elway? You will NEVER work in the NFL again.

Under Trump's leadership, the unemployment rate for blacks is the lowest ever recorderd. How is that an embarrassment?

What ever chance Kap had getting back into the NFL ended the day he filed his collusion suite. But not sure why you think Elway would have some sort of major influence on the entire league. He is nothing special.

The NFL owners dont want the drama. Pretty simple actually. Kind of like some actors have a hard time getting roles because they bring talent but too much drama.

Because Elway was quiet up to that point and told everyone the Broncos offered him a contract and he refused it. That's why.

Who is more well liked and trusted?

You don't have a natural individual right to someone else's property, in this case, a job. The NFL owners are private citizens with the right to voluntary association, property and contracts, etc. They are not required to give Kaepernick a job. Those jobs are their property to do with as they see fit. Whether they all discussed blackballing him or didn't is irrelevant. He has no right to their property.

Trump didn't write an EO or pass a law that hurt Kaepernick. He tweeted his opinion on kneeling for the national anthem, period. Is he friends with NFL owners? Sure, rich people know each other. But did he tell them something they didn't already know from the volume of the protests coming from their own ticket holders about the anthem protests? Nope.

His lawyers are grandstanding and trying to ride on "indict/blame Trump for anything/everything" coattails to see if it wins some sort of settlement coin. Period.
