You -- and the billionaires -- didn't get a tax cut. You got a federal subsidy, funded by public debt financing, to help pay your tax bill. The public debt that financed the so-called tax cuts will be paid for, with interest, by you, me, our kids and grandkids.
On what planet is being allowed to keep more of your own money a subsidy? The problem is tax cuts without spending cuts.
Neither tax cuts or spending cuts is going to address the 20 trillion plus deficit.
Legalizing ALL drugs would probably pay that off within a year or two!
Im not sure that 20trillion figure is even possible though, I heard yesterday, from the time Abe Lincoln was president up until R. Reagan, only 1 trillion has been spent by Govt, Im not sure how we could have spent so much in such a short amount of time since then. (but thats another thread).

Trump is still an idiot, regardless of this decision, which was made to spite Sessions, NOT because it was in the best interests of anyone.
Trump is not going to do anything unless it either benefits him directly, or indirectly, or because it spites his enemies. How long is it going to take you to realize this?

Who really cares why this happened?! As long as IT DOES happen and law enforcement gets the short end of the stick, we should all be celebrating about that.
I dont think I would like to see Trump and Sessions be too buddy-buddy, that would be very bad for the people of this country, the police state would and grow and spread like a wild fire!

It's simple really. Let's say your tax bill would be $10,000 if taxes were high enough to balance the budget. Now the government grants a big tax cut, slashing your tax bill to $7,000. So what does the government do to make up for the $3,000 shortfall? They go into deficit and issue Treasury bonds. All of us are responsible for paying interest on the $3,000 you got and some future generations will pay off the principal.
