If they wanted a strong, authoritarian leader, why would they give the job to someone so flawed and incapable? Are they unable to see that there's nothing in this, that will benefit them? They don't seem to think clearly about anything. They have been able to take all the benefits of this country for granted, all their lives.
But now, if they enable the destruction of the governmental systems and structures that make our existence here possible, what do they imagine will be the source of their replacements? What they are promoting, is the annihilation of our country. The empty shell that Trumpism would leave behind, if left to run its course, would support no stable nation.
No, they actually see sense in his flaws. As I have said, it's like a monkey with 3 buttons taking a multiple choice test. They don't care that the monkey scores 33% - but they cheer when he hits the correct answer as if he is a God. And that's really the way a lot of them feel. They think he is MUCH better than they are...and much smarter and more moral and ethical. Or, they are crooks too and they look up to "The Boss" of all crooks.
Now - I will admit that this covers perhaps 1/2 of Trumpies. The rest see his flaws but their hate for "the other" (whether Hillary or ANY other candidate) makes their voting a reaction...instead of an action. This is fact...(political science).
This is beyond rhetoric. If he collected funds for veteran charity and did not remit them to the same then he should end up in dark dank cell for a long time.
It won't happen. It's a nice thought, but it won't happen. He already has done things like this many a time and weaseled his way out of it.
People like him only go to jail as "an example" - like Jareds father and Mrs. Helmsley. And who is going to make an example out of a guy who is POTUS?

Did it occur to you that the delivery of the IG report was timed to overshadow this in the news?
If news had to wait until it was a quiet news day with nothing bad about Trump or his administration, it would mean no news could ever be released. This swamp loving bunch of conmen/women do something heinous on much more than a daily basis.
