No, it could not possibly be less reasonable. The bar is treating some people unequally because the bar is afraid those people might in the future do something (i.e., treat some people unequally) that the bar itself is actually doing right now in the process of excluding them.
Hmmm...
We should not judge people on the basis of what they might do.

Really? Did the Bar say they could not attend law school....nope. So if they want to attend law school and take their regressive Victorian prejudices with them, they are still free to do so. Probably wouldn't keep their regressive beliefs for long though if exposed to "normal" human beings prepared to challenge their zealous rigidity.
The Bar simply said that given the schools stated mandate regarding fealty to a specific set of religious principles, they would not award them certification as a Law School. Had their mandate simply said we require you to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" they'd have their Law School cert.
Liberals like to remind us to hate America because it is not unique and “other countries like Canada have freedom.” This is another example of why America’s freedom is better and so much more robust.

Have you lived in Canada -- I've lived in both countries.
When I lived in Canada I had the choice to send my kids to publicly funded Catholic or non-religious school.
Where do you have that choice here in the USA?
When I lived in Canada I had the freedom to take my kids out of school without threat of calling child services for missing school days.
When I lived in Canada....oh never mind....
This notion that in the USA you are more free -- is some kind of philosophical notion but in practice...I moved to Atlanta Georgia area and felt more restricted by local, state, federal governments and just the shear nature of so many of the regulations in the area.
I thought it was hilarious that folks kept telling me I was in the Land of the Free with way more restrictions on me as a parent, shopper, patient, etc.
My doctors were chosen by my health care, my medicine, my treatments, where I was treated.
So please -- of the three countries I have lived in -- this one has been the most restrictive -- if not by lack of choices, by legislation, culture, by some distorted view of freedom.
And to keep it real and minimize my dramatic statements.....all three countries were great countries to live in. The scale of freedom, choice etc. obviously skews to much more choices in any of the three......but honestly whether it is the lack of regulations, too much regulations, the closed minds......I felt more constricted in my choices then I did back in Canada.
I still like it here...especially the hot, steamy summers. That's my choice -- but I won't pretend it is the only 'free' country.

Hey, it's Canada's turn. From January 2009 - January 2017, it was nearly a full "Blame America Decade".
Then, from November 2016 through the present, it's been "Blame Russia Year" TWICE!
At any rate, I think Trump should alter his plans for the Wall and make it so that we can have one on our Northern Border too. We can have one to keep the Hispanic crimmigrants, "Dreamers", and Socialist/Commies out on the Southern Border and one on the Northern Border to keep out the Socialist/Commies and the Islamists.
The only one worthy of clicking (barely) is business insider. But I took a quick look and found that the "free" countries include the U.K. and Germany. Two countries that literally throw you in jail for having an opinion! The "rankings" are a joke. I do, however, sympathize somewhat with the Canadian poster who said he or she have fewer local freedoms when moving to the U.S. due to land regulations. I think property taxes and local land regulation are a great threat to liberty and hope the U.S. greatly reduces them in the future, which will come from a push by the right for smaller government, not the left.
Apparently we don;t like your cows. not quite sure why that is.
