I would agree that Obama's support for UAW and their policies had a direct impact on a Volvo plant opening in South Carolina.

There have been auto plants opening in the South for decades, through both democratic and republican administrations.

If not for the Trump tax cuts and cuts to regulation it would of been 10 years before that plant could open. Don't forget that !!! Things are happening a lot faster now that Obama has his foot of the brake stifling growth.
