It's fine for these pregnancy centers not to offer abortion options as long as they provide ways for women to support this baby they can't afford. Conservatives care for babies until they are born; after that all bets are off.
It's fine. No one is forcing women to go to these "centers". But California can certainly launch a campaign explaining the religious foundation and motives of the people running those centers via print and billboard advertising adjacent to said centers. And to explain very clearly their intent to push a specific agenda.
Edit: Wait, so this decision would also support women's clinics advising girls/women to HAVE an abortion (not providing details about alternatives) if the provider has a deeply-held conviction that the procedure would be in the best interest of the patient, given certain circumstances.
Either dishonesty or maybe convenient memory loss is a tool that leftists use whenever faced with disappointed outcomes!
Biden's '92 rule: No lame-duck nominees
Quote:
Mr. Biden’s comments cut even deeper, with the former senator saying in his 1992 speech that not only does the Senate have the right to reject nominees, but presidents shouldn’t even try to send one to Capitol Hill in the middle of an election.
“Once the political season is underway, and it is, action on a Supreme Court nomination must be put off until after the election campaign is over,” Mr. Biden said in his 90-minute speech, which was so long it spanned 15 pages of the Congressional Record. “That is what is fair to the nominee and is central to the process.”
