In states without expanded medicaid many pregnant women have no medical coverage at all, or if they do get medicaid it's in the third trimester, so they receive their prenatal care at PP or a local free clinic. If they present with symptoms that would require emergent care they are transported to a hospital by ambulance, so miss me with the fake news. :mad
