The Twitter may be blocked but the Court documents will be public record.
Oh good because reading what he did to the woman (if it's the same guy, I'm just going by what this appears to be) is actually pretty disturbing. He may not have liked that the newspaper put it out there but the newspaper did use publicly available information and so the judge ruled against his defamation case.
Please. I will be the first to say I think Trump's rhetoric against the media is dangerous. But this appears to be about a guy that became obsessed with a woman on Facebook, proceeded to harass her, the woman took him to court, the newspaper reported it based on publicly available information and the guy tried to take the newspaper to court for reporting it, saying it defamed him. The court ruled that the information was publicly available and he couldn't seem to name anything that was false, so therefore, it was not defamation. He appears to have tried to appeal it and lost that too.
That is great information, if it is accurate. Do you happen to have a link for all of this? I do not watch television news, so this is all fresh news to me.

Honestly, I did nothing more than search his name and the newspaper. The pdf of the court case was the second link
And contacted her employer by email and phone and she lost her job (whether connected they don't say but it is implied). She was put on probation and told it was because of an email and phone call by this guy.

Do we know for sure this is the guy? Last I heard they had not named anyone yet.
They named him on MSNBC almost an hour ago. And the newspaper article in the court case describes him as thin with long hair in a pony tail.
