Pointless nonsense. We have no reason for parading our military around. The rest of the world already knows we are the last country you want to go to war with. I could see doing this if we needed to show our strength, but we have no need for that. So, to me, this parade is pointless and I know I won't be present to see it live, nor will I watch it on tv.
It isn't about parading our military around, it's about stroking Trump's massive ego so the little man can feel big on the world stage.
That's the beginning and the end of it.
And for that, our military will be forced to march before the King on what should be a holiday for them, and the taxpayers will be stuck with the $30 million bill.
It would be cheaper just to hire Stormy Daniels to jack him off. It accomplishes the same thing for a lot less money.

I suggest a copy of Red Square and a viewing stand atop a replica Lenin’s Tomb in downtown DC for Trump and other members of America’s Politburo to view the passing armed forces. I understand Putin will be Grand Marshall and Mattis the new General Zhukov.
He wants his big parade with a big picture of him hanging from the White House while troops go goose-stepping by as he waives at them from the balcony with full military regalia.

We don't need military parade. The world already knew we have the best military. We are not little insecure countries (not going to name names, but you know which countries I am talking about.)
