The new lead problem... (claim, billion, minorities, kids)

Apparently many kids have been exposed to toxic lead levels that needs 32 billion to fix... De Blasio has not come up with a plan to fix it and lead-free water has not even been distributed... You need to raise NYC taxes De Blasio, that much is obvious but ironic that liberals are foot dragging it... I guess minorities don't matter as much as they claim, I hope the people sure the city for all the harm....
