You can say the same thing about Trump giving up millions for a civil service job.
Trump gave up millions in hopes of stealing billions like his boyfriend, mentor, and owner Vlad.

Yeah, the Trumpies tried smearing Mueller with the Whitey Bulger case. That blew up in their face. What a hoot that was.

That's why he resigned and got Ford to pardon him, because he was pure as the driven snow and an innocent bystander.

The Big House is full of men who were framed.

Why would former prosecutors give up high-paying jobs to take a smaller salary and kick it back to Mueller's firm? The absence of anything resembling logical reasoning is stunning.

Remains to be proven. Logically, Trump would have been the absolute hardest candidate for anyone to buy in the entire 2016 election cycle. The man already has billions. His businesses have taken a pummeling because he's president, but he's still worth several billions of dollars. Is Putin going to compensate him for his losses? Hillary or Obama could have been bribed far more cheaply than Donald Trump. The guy already has everything he could possibly wish for. He's rich, he's famous and just about everyone on Earth already knew his name. Trump's so old that he could never hope to spend his wealth in the years he has left to live. What on earth could Putin offer him? He's already got fortune, fame and power. How do you bribe somebody who is so rich that moving into the White House was a pretty massive downgrade?

If somebody finds that Trump did something wrong, then by all means throw the book at him. I've never really cared for Trump anyways. But let's at least offer proof of criminal behavior before grabbing our pitchforks and lighting our torches. The Dems have been in lynch mob mode looking for any excuse ever since they realized that Trump might actually win.

The biggest tragedy is that the Dems have made improving relations with Russia damn near impossible. You know, Russia -- the only country that we know for certain can nuke us off the face of the planet. The only country with military tech on par with the USA and NATO. It'd sure be nice to be friends with Russia instead of enemies. With the utter failure of Communism and true Socialism in the 20th century, we don't have any ideological reason to stay on bad terms with Russia. But instead the Russian collusion conspiracy nutters are pushing us closer and closer to nuclear war for no good reason.

Trump's businesses have taken a pummeling? Where's the evidence of that? And how many millions have Jarvanka made since Trump became president?

Trump's tragic flaws are that he is greedy and self-centered. Those two traits are what will bring him down, hard.

You are woefully ignorant.

Mueller doesn't work for his firm any more and neither do the prosecutors he is hiring.

He is now making $161,900 per year as a federal employee, a tiny fraction of what he earned in private practice.
